横向きになっていますが、開放盤と呼ばれるものです。

(写真で言うと向かって左側が上となります。)
電気室の高圧の受電設備に設置されます。
正面に400Aサイズのブレーカーが付くことも多く、
殆どがSPHCt3.2にて製作しています。
後ろのアングル製の物は、
遮断機などを取り付ける際に追加で製作することが多い製品です。
